Shipping policy

Recent changes to U.S. trade policy have added new tariffs on all products that are shipped from China to the United States. These updates may sound complicated, but there's no need to worry.

At Zendrop, tariffs and related fees are already included in your shipping cost. This means:

You can see the total shipping cost on both the Product and Orders pages before fulfillment. Tariff fees are also shown as a tooltip under "Shipping Cost" in the order summary during fulfillment.

If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.

Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.
